Suddam Al-Salem is a structural engineer specializing in buildings, steel, wood and concrete.


With several years' experience acquired with one of the most renowned companies in the field of structural engineering, NCK, Suddam Al-Salem has worked on projects of varying scope and complexity. As a project manager, he has developed comprehensive expertise in design, project management and site inspection, enabling him to master all the technical and organizational aspects of a project.


This global vision of the profession enables Suddam Al-Salem to fully understand the challenges specific to each project, and to provide innovative and appropriate solutions. He combines technical rigor and creativity to design robust, efficient structures, while ensuring that the project blends harmoniously into its environment.


Today, at the helm of Metanova Experts-Conseils, he puts his expertise at the service of his customers, whether for small projects or large-scale realizations, with one overriding priority: to provide a high-quality, personalized and efficient service, ensuring that each project is a technical and financial success.

Muhannad Al Salem

VICE PRESIDENT

With over a decade of experience in real estate development, I have played a key role in the planning and execution of major projects across the province. My background in architecture and construction management, combined with eight years as a general contractor, gives me a deep understanding of the entire development process. 


Since 2012, I have been actively working with municipalities, leading negotiations for zoning changes and project approvals, while also collaborating closely with investors to structure financially viable and high-impact developments. 


My expertise lies in navigating regulatory frameworks, engaging with key stakeholders, and aligning each project with market needs, investment strategies, and community growth.
